The Trilogy Academy is spread over a 300 square meter area, including changing rooms, shower, and toilet facilities.

The Academies Martial Arts and Fitness soft matted training area is 100 sqm! While the weight lifting and cardio fitness section is spread over 70 sqm.

Further the gym has numerous punching bags, focus pads, kettlebells, and other training equipment available for it’s members.

We also have a small shop inside the Academy!

Travel and parking suggestions:

Car:

Carpark at westfield shopping centre: The main car park entrances are located on grafton street, junction street, and hollywood avenue. Car park rates are: 0-2hrs free; 2-3hrs $5; 3-4hrs $10;

Carpark at eastgate shopping centre: Entry to the carpark is from eberly street. Car park rates are: 0-1hrs free; 1-2hrs $0.50; 2-3hrs $5;

Bus:

We're very well serviced by buses in the eastern suburbs...look out for bus numbers: 200, 313, 316, 317, 326, 327, 348, 352, 353, 355, 357, 359, 360, 361, 381, 382, 386, 387, 400, 410, x84, x89.

Train:

The bondi junction train station is just two stops from the city and will leave you right on our doorstop. trains run between bondi junction and town hall between 5am and 2am daily!

When arriving, ask the driver to drop you at the corner of newland and oxford street for easy access.
