SPRAWL EXERCISES
  The sprawl movement is a great execise for warm up or cardio training.
Bring your palms in front of your toes by squating down, jump back into push up position.
Keep your back straight during whole movement, it helps if you look up.
Time duration should be one minute at a quick pace. After 30 seconds break, add another set.
To increase intensity use medicine balls, or kettlebells as shown below.
